DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
As everything is made to order unfortunately we do not accept returns. If you do have any problems with your product however please let us know asap and we will look to rectify any issues as best we can.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE ITEM WILL FIT?
All items are unisex and are standard sizes. If you are looking for an oversized fit we would recommend sizing up. If you have any queries or questions or need any assitance please pop us a message using the contact page.
CAN I POST ONE OF YOUR ITEMS AS A GIFT WITH A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?
Of course! We love posting presents for special occasions, just pop us a message with what you would like to be included in the package and put the required delivery address in at the checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
All items are made to order so please expect 7-10 working days for the item to arrive. Any items within the pre-made section will be posted within 2-3 working days.
HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?
All items come with instructions within the packaging and there are also guides alongside the items on each page. Please ensure you follow these instructions for your items to stay looking their best for as long as possible!
